zümXR®’s targeted-release caffeine products mitigate the crash normally associated with caffeine consumption and deliver a more sustained and smooth caffeine experience. Three products are available with distinctly different release profiles. The Delayed Release product delivers a shorter more pronounced caffeine experience, while the Extended Release product delivers a longer, steady release of caffeine. Our liquid stable option offers a gradual six hour release.

zümXR® Controlled Release BCAAs

Research shows that muscle protein synthesis is enhanced not just by the presence of branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) in the body, but by elevated BCAA blood serum levels1 at the right time. To keep blood serum levels high, athletes are forced to continually take BCAA supplements throughout the day. While effective, this strategy is not always practical. zümXR’s Controlled Release BCAAs release over an extended period of time to lengthen the period of muscle protein synthesis.

zümXR® Extended Release Magnesium Oxide

Abdominal discomfort is an issue often experienced by consumers taking high dose magnesium supplements. Up to one in five patients experience abdominal discomfort and gastric distress or diarrhea when using magnesium supplements1. zümXR®’s patented extended release technology slowly delivers magnesium oxide to the body and can help minimize the incidence of abdominal discomfort and diarrhea.

zümXR® Extended Release Niacin

zümXR®’s Extended Release Niacin delivers nicotinic acid gradually over a period of six hours to reduce the incidence of flushing and increase compliance. Other “no flush” forms of niacin such as nicotinamide and inositol hexaniacinate contain little or no free nicotinic acid and are not as effective. Only nicotinic acid is clinically proven to support good cholesterol (HDL)2.
